Volunteers for Homewood Chapel Services
-
Homewood at Crumland farms Chaplain, Beverly Stang, is very appreciative of the volunteers from our church who have provided services to wheel chair residents and walkers from the Health Care Center to be able to attend the
afternoon church services in Slayman Chapel for the past two years. Pat Sunday has agreed to coordinate this volunteer ministry for the coming year and is anxious to find additional
volunteers who are willing to give 2 ½ hours on the third Sunday of the month several times a year. This includes women, men, and teenagers. You
would meet in the Community Center at 1:45 p.m., go to the Health care Center and wheel or assist residents to the 2:30 p.m. service. Then accompany them back to the Health Care
Center. This is a very rewarding ministry! Call Pat Sunday at 301/662-4946 if you are willing to volunteer.

Sunday Morning Greeters Needed

Each Sunday morning we depend on many individuals
to develop an open and welcoming atmosphere in our worship services. Greeter duties include - welcoming members and guests, handing out the weekly schedule and collecting the offerings. If you are interested in volunteering, please

GARDENING ASSISTANCE

We need a few volunteers to do some occasional gardening around the Church Buildings. (watering and weeding). Please call Ginny Clark @ 301-695-2608 who will act as coordinator. |
