It is our pleasure to introduce to you the life and mission of our beloved church.

For hundreds of people throughout the Frederick area, this church offers itself as a spiritual home. We have come from various religious backgrounds and from many walks of life to become a church family, bound together by our common devotion to the way of Jesus Christ.

Many opportunities for worship, mission, study and fun nurture us personally and keep us faithful as a congregation.

We invite you to worship with us, and we look forward to greeting you when you visit! To make your decision about visiting a little easier you may want to know that we don't have a dress code- either casual or business clothes are fine; the worship service lasts about one hour; and there is no charge for attending classes, using the nursery, or attending worship although one part of the worship service is receiving a free-will offering. It’s Winter

When winter weather hits, we are sometimes uncertain about what will take place at church and what won’t. To take some of the uncertainty out of the quandary, here’s our winter weather policy.

You decide whether a drive or walk to the church is safe enough. We do not encourage you to risk life and limb to get to church at all costs, but we expect to hold services for those who can plan to arrive safely, unless the Frederick roads are closed. Our Senior Pastor and Organist can walk to the church, so they will be present for Sunday morning services.

Evening activities are generally governed by the public school schedule. For instance, if the schools are closed on a Monday, there will be no Music Mess Hall, Children’s Choir, or bell choir rehearsal. The same policy applies to committee meetings and any other regularly scheduled church activities.
